Living in Milwaukee, wanting to be a part of a constantly soaring tech community like Silicon Valley, Rcatalyst decided that the MKE needed a webtrepreneur conference of its own. Knowing that Milwaukee had a strong web community they launched ActionsTalk, the movement that will fuel meet-ups, conferences, and a new reputation of web potential in the area.
