I understand that this took several months if not years to get to where it is now but if you were to provide advice to the novice entrepeneur that has the &#039;idea&#039; and no action plan yet, can you recommend some specific actions that you took to get to where you are today?  In other words what were the key/vital steps that you took to be where you are today? What worked? Did you have an organized detailed game plan, did networking provide an opportunity? Then finally, if you were to have it all over again what would you not do?</description>
