Ryan got down to Chicago last week to have lunch with Chicago based startup crowdSPRING. Ryan met with Ross Kimbarovsky the co-founder to chat about company culture, how the business gets motivated, and what the future holds.
crowdSPRING was started to help people from around the world access creative talent, and the help to that end by facilitating and promoting the exchange of many different types of creative projects.
